Coronation Street shares fresh hope over Joel Deering comeuppance
Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street has confirmed more problems for Joel Deering next week as his enemies continue to team up.
The villain has so far escaped punishment for the various crimes he has committed against Lauren Bolton, but the fight for justice is far from over.
Early next week, Dee-Dee Bailey and DS Swain are left disgusted by Joel's latest attempt to regain control.
The pair watch on as Joel serves Carla Connor with a letter, commencing proceedings against her for slander after she publicly humiliated him at the Chariot Square Hotel recently.

Just when it seems that Joel may have triumphed again, Lauren receives a visitor at the hospital who may be able to help her stop her enemy once and for all.
Later in the week, Dee-Dee and Swain remain determined to keep fighting back against Joel, so they follow a new lead.
Dee-Dee and Swain realise that the Bistro van is fitted with a dashcam, which could have filmed Joel up to no good.
They carefully go through the footage together, hoping to trace the company who sent the package to Joel containing the drugs he spiked Lauren with.

Coronation Street star Calum Lill, who plays Joel, recently confirmed that he'll be leaving the ITV soap at the end of his sinister storyline.
Speaking last month, he explained: "I think it's bittersweet for me. As an actor, it's getting more and more juicy, but as soon as this comes to a climax, I leave this incredible place filled with so many people I've come to know and love and been some of my best friends over the last 18 months.
"I'm very excited to get to the end of the story, but it will be very bittersweet because it’s the most incredible place to work."
Coronation Street airs these scenes on Monday, September 16 and Wednesday, September 18.
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
