'Coronation Street' spoilers: Curtis's lies revealed, killer fire at Speed Daal, plus Daisy moves on
Curtis is telling lies to Emma, Speed Daal is engulfed in flames, plus Grace puts her baby in danger – it’s your spoiler-filled guide to Coronation Street in the week of 29 November to 3 December 2021.
Curtis is left shocked by a face from the past
Viewers with suspicions about Curtis will find them intensifying when he tells Emma that theirs will be a small wedding as he doesn’t get along with his family and the only friends he has are abroad.
Emma then decides to surprise Curtis by inviting his family along anyway, but when the groom-to-be discovers all, he’s not happy.
Events then move along in a dramatic way when a guy by the name of Neville arrives on the Street and explains that he’s Curtis’s dad. It’s a revelation that leaves Emma gobsmacked as Curtis had told her that his father was dead.

Curtis quickly covers and makes out that Neville is actually his stepdad and the newcomer goes along with the lie. But fans should expect Curtis to snap on Friday when Emma offers to get in touch with Curtis’s mum and explain all about his illness. Just what is he covering up?
Deadly fire at Speed Daal
The pressure is on for Zeedan, first when he’s forced to confess to Alya and Ryan about the money laundering scam and then later in the week as Hashim makes a shock demand.
His ultimatum? Either Zeedan burns down the restaurant and claim on the insurance or Hashim will torch Yasmeen’s house.
Friday’s episodes will then see Speed Daal engulfed in flames, with Zeedan left horrified when he discovers that someone is trapped inside. As the flames take hold, Alya tears into Zee, screaming that she’ll never forgive him for the carnage caused.
Daisy breaks up with Daniel – and quickly moves on
Daniel has a pop at Daisy for being badly educated, but she gets her own back by flirting with James’s footballer mate Ashley in the Rovers.
Daisy, though, later admits to Jenny that she still really likes Daniel, but the Rovers landlady reckons it’s only because he inherited a house.
The trouble is, Daniel has overheard all this and is annoyed, but Daisy tries to assure him that she’s not after his cash. As the row escalates, Daisy ends up dumping Daniel and then accepting Ashley’s offer of a weekend away.
At the week’s end, Daniel will be seen telling Daisy that he’s glad she’s moved on. But she’s secretly hurt and Jenny urges her to tell Daniel how she really feels.
Grace leaves her baby home alone
Grace is on particularly devious form when, after Ed and Aggie buy her a sofa, she ends up selling it to Bernie for a knockdown price.
After later being confronted by Aggie, Grace admits that she sold the sofa because she needed the cash. But a furious Aggie retaliates by saying that she won’t be babysitting again.
On Wednesday, though, we’ll see Grace meeting Bernie at the Christmas market. But it soon becomes clear to Bernie that Grace has left baby Glory home alone.
Once Aggie gets wind of what’s happened, she threatens to report Grace to social services. But the new mum then admits that she never wanted a child in the first place before revealing a shock proposition for Aggie…
