The big question now, though, is whether Curtis’s factitious disorder will put a halt to his plans to marry Emma. After the bride-to-be confides in Amy, she’s insistent the wedding mustn’t go ahead and that the family must be told the truth.
But Steve currently remains ignorant of Curtis’s lies and will be seen on Friday handing over his bank card and PIN and asking him to transfer the £100,000 they’ve raised into Oliver’s charity account. But will Curtis do as he’s asked or pocket the funds himself?
Maria and Sally are at war!

Deciding she can no longer support Sal, we’ll see Maria instead decide to run for the council herself. And, at a local Q&A session, Maria forces Sally to talk about how her mayoral career ended in imprisonment.
Feeling betrayed and humiliated, Sally then vows to beat Maria at her own game.
Zeedan’s wife Marrium arrives
Zeedan’s redecorating work at Speed Daal is set to be interrupted by the arrival of his estranged wife Marrium, who’s turned up looking for answers about the recent blaze at the restaurant.
Thinking on his feet, Zee manages to convince Marrium that her Dad started the fire as an act of revenge. And as the pair later sort through some family paperwork, Marrium tells Zee that she no longer hates him and that he’s still the decent man she married. If only she knew the truth about what’s been going on…
Adam’s past leaves Sarah worried
Sarah is concerned about Adam’s reputation as a ladies’ man and quizzes him about how many women he’s actually slept with.
And her suspicions look set to be fuelled further when she goes out for a drink with Gavin’s PA Lydia. As it turns out, Lydia has a son by the name of Finn, but when the two of them are introduced to Adam, a shocked Lydia alludes to the fact that she had a relationship with Mr Barlow at uni and then leaves.
As Sarah turns her steely gaze on Adam, he sheepishly admits that his relationship with Lydia was years ago and that he can’t really remember the details. But Sarah is left unimpressed by these revelations about his Lothario past.
