Cliff Parisi and Coronation Street's Andy Whyment are officially ready to head into the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle this week.

Cliff is best known for playing Minty Peterson in EastEnders from 2002 to 2010 and he also plays Fred Buckle in Call The Midwife.

Coronation Street fans will know Andy for his years as the hapless factory worker Kirk Sutherland.

Recent weeks have seen both stars heavily rumoured for the show and ITV has now confirmed that they'll make their grand entrance in Sunday's episode.

Before heading into the jungle, Cliff and Andy have posed for an appropriately-themed photoshoot with Aussie wildlife including a koala and a kangaroo.

The pair are set to join the other celebs now that Snake Rock has merged with the main camp.

Cliff recently admitted that after initially turning down the show, he decided to go for it because of “the taxman.”

The actor told The Sun: “Yeah, I have got a bill I need to pay. Like everyone at this time of year you go, ‘Oh no! Again. I thought I paid that’.

“I had a meeting about this earlier on in the year and I thought about it long and hard and said no and then as it crept along to September and I got an estimate for my tax I phoned them up and said ‘is it too late to say yes?’ So here I am.

“I gave myself a bit of a talking to, and then I spoke to the accountant and he made my mind up.”

I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here airs daily at 9pm on ITV.
