Coroner launches search for family of man who died in Leicester

Coroners have launched a search to trace relatives of a man who died in Leicester. Anyone with information about Malcolm Piggins' next of kin is urged to come forward.

The death of Mr Piggins, who was 77, was reported to Leicester City & South Leicestershire coroner's office on Wednesday this week (November 27). Malcolm lived in the Braunstone area of Leicester at the time of his death.

Efforts have been launched today (Friday, November 29), to trace any of his relatives. The coroner's office said: "The coroner is looking to trace any relatives or friends who may have any information regrading the deceased."

Anyone with information about Mr Piggins should call the coroner's team on 0116 454 1030. Callers will be asked to quote the reference number 01627-2024.
