• Todd Rundgren’s collaboration with Sparks on his latest album is a new composition, rather than a case of him tackling a “long-abandoned” track from the US duo (‘Music nowadays is just mediocre’, 14 October, G2, p6).

• The musician MIA was born in London and spent her childhood in Sri Lanka, not the other way round as an article said (‘I’d given in to dying. Then I had the vision’, 14 October, G2, p10).
