Yahoo News Corrie airs trolling twist tonight and Sally is stunned
Coronation Street's trolling storyline comes to a head tonight (May 24) as Gina Seddon decides that it's confession time.
Fans know that the newly-returned Gina, now played by Connie Hyde, was responsible for the recent sinister ordeal suffered by Sally Metcalfe when a twisted individual started stalking her.
Although the nasty messages and presents have now stopped thanks to the intervention of Rosie and Sophie, there's more heartbreak to come for her tonight as Sally finally finds out who was responsible.
Deeply grateful for all of Sally's recent help, guilty Gina comes clean at the factory by admitting that she was the malicious troll all along.
As she's always claimed, Gina explains how she can't remember any of her own behaviour due to her medication, but Sally is sickened to realise that her own sister was behind each and every one of the cruel stunts.
Tension builds as the siblings bicker over problems from the past, but Sally still struggles to understand what she's ever done to deserve such cruel treatment – especially the cancer hoax call and the shock delivery of an animal heart.
Word of the stalker's identity also quickly gets back to Sally's husband Tim, but when he arrives home to confront Gina, there's yet another shock in store for the Metcalfes...
