Yahoo News Corrie's Fiz and Tyrone to face huge moral dilemma
Coronation Street couple Fiz Stape and Tyrone Dobbs will face another big moral dilemma next week, after they are donated a lump sum of money
Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) was left furious recently when she discovered that Beth Kirk had used her daughter Hope's past battle with cancer to her own advantage.
Fiz's daughter Hope, who's now 6, fought cancer in an emotional storyline in 2015 and 2016 – but she fortunately went into remission following chemotherapy and surgery.
Although Hope is now well again, Beth decided to use Fiz's past family heartbreak in a bid to get more donations for the out-of-work factory staff's fundraising page.
Having agreed to leave her daughter's history up on the site for a bit longer, Fiz will be faced with another dilemma in upcoming scenes when she is given £2k from someone who has been touched by Hope's story.
As Fiz ponders what to do with the generous donation, Tyrone insists they should keep the money for themselves – given that it was intended for Hope and not the factory workers
However, a guilty Fiz reminds him that the crowd-funding site was originally set up for the factory girls to get their new business off the ground – and is unsure if she can hide it from them.
But when Fiz later buys a round of drinks for her former colleagues and insists Tyrone got the cash from a generous tipping customer, has she decided to keep hold of the money?
