Corrie plans more drama for Kate and Rana
Coronation Street fans haven't seen the end of Kate Connor and Rana Nazir's storyline, despite Friday night's double bill ending with them still apart.
'Kana' fans had hoped that they might finally get together in the latest episodes, especially after Kate left an emotional voicemail on Rana's phone confessing her feelings.
After some encouragement from Rana, Kate begged her not to go ahead with her civil wedding to Zeedan Nazir.
Unfortunately, Kate was already too late to declare her love, as Rana was already visiting a mosque and receiving some firm guidance from the imam.

After being told that she was already married in the eyes of Allah and had therefore made her choice, Rana deleted Kate's voicemail without listening to it.
Rana then went through with her civil wedding ceremony and made her commitment to Zeedan official, despite knowing deep down that her true feelings lay elsewhere.
