Yahoo News Corrie twist as Toyah discovers Eva's big baby lie
Eva Price could find her fake pregnancy plans thrown into jeopardy on Coronation Street next week when Toyah Battersby discovers her lies.
Eva is currently pretending to be pregnant as part of a wider plan to get revenge on her cheating boyfriend Aidan Connor – having discovered his affair with her friend Maria Connor.
Leanne Battersby is the only person who is aware of the truth and she's even been helping Eva pull off the scam, but things look set to get even more complicated when Leanne's other sister Toyah finds out what they are up to.
Of course, viewers know that Toyah is desperate to have a baby of her own and has been having IVF in an attempt to fulfil her dreams of becoming a mum.
Last night's double bill saw Toyah left heartbroken after learning that her latest round of treatment hadn't worked, forcing her to consider alternative options in next week's episodes.
While Toyah starts to think about the possibility of surrogacy, she is thrown to discover that Eva has been lying about her pregnancy all along.
Fans will remember that Eva did actually feel guilty over lying about expecting a baby – fully aware of Toyah's struggles. How will Toyah react to Eva's lies? And could she be tempted to expose the truth?
