The cosy, little known Christmas night market with over 20 independent stalls and festive cocktails

If you love shopping independently, this Christmas market could be the perfect festive afternoon out. With over 20 stalls, this lovely market is jam-packed with beautiful handmade goods for shoppers to explore.

Based in the South London borough of Lewisham, Brockley’s Christmas Night Market will be opening from from 2pm to 7pm. The event will run on Thursdays throughout some of November and December.

The market will take place in Brockley pub/restaurant Parlez, making for a cosy and intimate atmosphere. Despite being an indoor affair, the market is free to attend.

Brockley Night Market is being organised by Solo Craft Fair, a group which is bringing pop-up craft fairs to pubs and ‘quirky’ venues across South London.

Shoppers are encouraged to ‘Sip and Shop’, with a selection of festive cocktails, as well as light bites, on offer. And you can even bring your pooch along to the market while you peruse the stalls.

With over 20 independent stalls to explore, Brockley's Night Market is perfect for the conscientious shopper. There will be lots of lovely goods on sale such as Christmas gifts and delicious treats.

It’s not just gifts and trinkets you can purchase at Brockley Night Market. They’re also running a complimentary workshop where shoppers get to customise their own Brockley tote bag to take home with them.

How to get there:

The market will be being held at Parlez, 16 Coulgate Street London SE4 2RW. To reach the market you can catch the Overground to Brockley, or a train to Brockley railway station.

There are also a range of buses you can take if you can’t use the Overground. The market is then just a minute's walk from the stations.
