Couple buy each other's Christmas stocking fillers in B&M – and results left them floored
Christmas, while being the most wonderful time of the year, can also be an expensive season.
There are so many gifts to purchase for a number of loved ones. The expenses during this period can seem inexhaustible despite the season's charm.
In light of the festive financial pressures, one couple decided to take on an economical challenge. On TikTok, Kayleigh, who goes by the handle @kay.leigh.mae, and her boyfriend Ellis, embarked on a cost-saving quest.
The couple ventured out to B&M with a mission to select stocking fillers exclusively from the well-known discount retailer. This might strike some as an odd strategy, but it's fascinating to discover what they managed to procure within their budget.

With a 30-minute time crunch imposed on their shopping spree, Kayleigh rapidly dived into the task. Both had their eyes on edible delights, such as gingerbread Oreos and Milkybar chocolates, showcasing their shared penchant for sugary treats that wouldn't dent their wallets.
Ellis, adding some festive fun to their haul, picked up glittery J2Os for his girlfriend because glitter is frankly essential at Christmas time. Kayleigh stumbled upon a Squid Game-inspired drinking game - a find she considered "really cool" for them to play together, even though alcohol isn't their cup of tea.
Given Kayleigh's passion for baking, Ellis smartly included a sizeable gingerbread baking tin in his collection to support her Christmastime culinary ventures. By the conclusion of their adventure, Ellis's basket heaved under a mountain of holiday steals.
Kayleigh confessed that every Christmas she picks up a gift for Ted, Ellis's dog. This year, she chose a snowman-shaped ball because Ted "loves chasing balls".
Ellis decided to treat himself to some festive goodies, opting for a traditional chocolate selection and a Gonk-themed cookie tin. Meanwhile, Kayleigh stayed on-theme with seasonal purchases that included holiday glasses and a delectably fragrant gingerbread candle.
Their shopping spree continued but soon Kayleigh noticed that Ellis's stocking appeared somewhat "rough", prompting her to head over to the food section to pick up additional chocolates, ensuring an extra sweet touch to their Christmas Day.
And the couple's shopping adventure has attracted thousands of views online, leaving many commenting how impressed they were with their haul. Many seem to be eagerly ticking off the days until Christmas.
One viewer commented: "I love your guys vids." Another added: "Was shopping for advent calendars earlier in B&M, lol." A third responded enthusiastically, writing: "Love these challenges."
