Firefighters in Alzira, Spain, rescued a couple and their two dogs on Tuesday, October 29, as torrential rain caused devastating flooding in the Valencian community.

Footage released by Bombers Consorci VLC on Thursday shows firefighters moving through chest-high floodwaters and rescuing a couple and their dogs from their home.
