A long line was seen in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights, Illinois, on November 13, as drivers waited to get tested for COVID-19.
Footage taken by @missxxtina shows a line of cars stretching down a highway, as well as a line wrapped around a parking lot. “This is what you get to after that giant line,” wrote @missxxtina. “It wraps around the parking lot, in double lines and there are at least 4 testing lines under the tents. Kinda hard to see but it takes HOURS for these people to be tested and the line goes all day.”
Local news reported Illinois had moved to increase capacity at the most-visited COVID-19 testing sites, including in Arlington Heights.
