Crews Clear Ice-Covered Roads in Northern Mexico
A winter storm created hazardous driving conditions and disrupted traffic in northern Mexico on Thursday, March 2, according to local authorities.
Snowplows cleared roads in Chihuahua and Sonora, according to the Civil Protection Agency (CEPC) in Sonora.
The National Weather Agency in Mexico forecasted more snowfall and winds of up to 74 miles per hour.
