Cristiano Ronaldo has hinted he might have played his final match for Real Madrid.

The 33-year-old helped Los Blancos beat Liverpool 3-1 in Saturday’s Champions League Final, the club’s third successive title.

But it just might have been the last match of his nine-year Real Madrid career as he reportedly looks for a pay rise of £7m a year to take him up to £25m a year.

Ronaldo refused to rule out a move when interviewed on TV after the match and said: “In the coming days there’ll be answers about my future. It has been very nice playing for Real Madrid.”

He has won four Champions Leagues, two LaLigas and two Copa del Reys during his career in Spain along with World Club titles.

Along the way he has also scored 450 goals in 438 appearance for Real Madrid.

Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane immediately shrugged off the speculation and said: “We do not think about that. Only about what we are doing. Then we’ll see what happens. ”
