Crystal Palace vs Watford | Premier League | Selhurst Park | Kick-off: 8pm | Tuesday, 12 December, 2017

Crystal Palace welcome Watford aiming to banish memories of a painful end to their draw with Bournemouth.

The Eagles dropped two valuable points when Christian Benteke fluffed an injury-time penalty with the scores level at 2-2. The incident was particularly difficult to stomach as assigned penalty-taker Luka Milivojevic, who had already scored from the spot earlier in the game, had the ball taken from him by Benteke.

And Palace will be keen to put that to one side as the Hornets arrive at Selhurst Park. The Eagles have won four of their last six games against Watford - including play-off and FA Cup success at Wembley - and could jump out of the drop zone with a win.

The match will not be televised live in the UK, so follow all the action with Standard Sport's Jack Rosser at Selhurst Park!

Crystal Palace will be without Mamadou Sakho because of a calf injury suffered in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Bournemouth.

Manager Roy Hodgson said the centre-back will be unavailable for "weeks, not days" and fellow defender Joel Ward will also miss out, also because of a calf injury.

Yohan Cabaye is expected to start after recovering from a knock.

Provisional squad: Speroni, Hennessey, Fosu-Mensah, Dann, Tomkins, Riedewald, Delaney, Schlupp, Van Aanholt, Souare, Kelly, Townsend, Lofus-Cheek, Milivojevic, Puncheon, Cabaye, McArthur, Mutch, Ladapo, Sako, Kaikai, Zaha, Benteke.

Marvin Zeegelaar will miss out unless the club can successfully overturn his three-match suspension.

The Dutch full-back was sent off in Saturday's 1-0 league loss at Burnley, but the Hornets have appealed against the dismissal.

Miguel Britos and Kiko Femenia could be fit in time for Tuesday's Palace trip, with both men back in training.

Provisional squad: Gomes, Karnezis, Bachmann, Femenia, Mariappa, Kabasele, Wague, Holebas, Deeney, Britos, Janmaat, Prodl, Cleverley, Doucoure, Capoue, Watson, Carrillo, Pereyra, Richarlison, Gray, Okaka.

How they could line up

Crystal Palace starting XI: Speroni, Fosu-Mensah, Tomkins, Dann, Schlupp, Townsend, Cabaye, Milivojevic, Loftus-Cheek, Zaha, Benteke

Watford starting XI: Gomes, Femenia, Mariappa, Kabasele, Holebas, Cleverley, Doucoure, Carrillo, Pereyra, Richarlison, Deeney
