Aldi is currently looking to recruit new store colleagues in Coventry and Warwickshire. The leading supermarket is looking for people with diverse experiences to fill roles at stores across the region.

The roles range from store assistants, assistant store managers, deputy managers, and store managers to quality assistants and store cleaners. The stores looking for new recruits include Coventry, Atherstone, Rugby, and Leamington Spa.

Store Manager - any Aldi store in Coventry

No day is the same when you are a Store Manager at Aldi. Responsibilities include sorting out deliveries, placing orders, scheduling hours to focus on people management and performance, handling customer queries, or carrying out till-spot checks.

Applicants must be experienced people managers, skilled in time management, cost control, and boosting operation efficiency, motivated to consistently achieve targets, and used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder—and customer-driven environment. The role is permanent for 45 hours a week, with a salary between £50,600 £65,995.

Store Assistant - Atherstone

Store Assistants handle everything from checking off deliveries to dealing with inquiries or ensuring that the shelves are fully stocked with well-presented products while providing 'excellent' customer service at all times. The role is permanent, and the hourly rate is between £12.40 and £13.35.

Deputy Manager - Atherstone

Deputy Managers are fully in charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Their responsibilities include ordering stock, training employees, checking product displays, and delivering sales targets. You will also receive an additional premium of £4 an hour while running the store. The role is permanent with an hourly rate between £13.65 to £14.60 per hour.

Store Cleaner - Central Park Rugby

The responsibilities of a store cleaner include removing litter and debris from the car park and loading bay, washing external windows and glass doors, and making sure trolleys are clean and free of rubbish. The role is permanent with an hourly rate of £12 per hour.
