Cyclist injured after being hit by car in Coventry
A cyclist was left injured after being hit by a car in Coventry. It happened at the junction of Hipswell Highway and Binley Road.
Paramedics were called to the incident at around 7.50am yesterday morning (Wednesday, November 6). Crews discovered that a car had been involved in a collision with a cyclist near The Miillpool.
A woman, who was the cyclist, was found to have sustained minor injuries. She was quickly taken to University Hospital Coventry in Walsgrave.

A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to reports of an RTC at the junction of Hipswell Highway and Binley Road in Coventry at around 7.50am on Wednesday (November 6).
“Crews discovered that a car and a cyclist had been involved in a collision by The Millpool. A woman was treated for injuries not believed to be serious and taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire.”
