Dagorhir Ragnarok XXXI: The World's Largest LARP Festival

Each year thousands of live action role playing game (LARP) enthusiasts meet for Dagohir Ragnarok, a massive week long battle where the weapons are foam and Tolkien devotees can truly be themselves. Dagohir was originally created in 1977 by group of college friends who wanted to fight like their heroes in Lord of The Rings (but without any of the danger), and Ragnarok is their equivalent of the Super Bowl.
