Former TOWIE star Dan Osborne has given an update on the state of his relationship with his wife Jacqueline Jossa and apparently, it's going better than ever.

The couple were famously hit by cheating rumours with 2019, while Jacqueline was deep in the jungle of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here. Her campmate Myles Stephenson reported rumours his ex-girlfriend and former Love Island-er Gabby Allen had been involved with Dan.

Celebrity Big Brother stars Chloe Ayling and Natalie Nunn were also claimed to be among Dan's illicit conquests, which he has strongly denied since.

These rumours forced Jacqueline to make an unprecedented secret call to her husband from the jungle. But years later, the couple are still together, and according to Dan, they couldn't be happier.

He told The Sun last week: "We're at a completely different stage to that. Any mistakes are in the past now.

"Our chemistry is still strong. I'm not soppy but I think she is just as amazing as I did when I first met her.

"We understand each other, that’s what makes it work."

He also went on to compliment Jacqueline for her parenting skills with their two daughters Ella and Mia: "She's an amazing mum, an unbelievable mum. She's just a great person. She's got a heart of gold. She is a loving person."

Dan also spoke about their strength as a couple and their ability to survive lockdown unphased: "We get on well and we banter together.

"To be locked in a house with someone for a year and not be able to go out anywhere or do anything, then I think that says a lot.

"A lot of couples have wanted to strangle each other during the lockdowns, but we have been alright."
