Dance While You De-Ice: Milwaukee Airport Employee Entertains Delayed Passenger

A dancing airport employee kept a delayed passenger entertained on November 6 at Milwaukee Airport. Claire Marie Embil was flying to Baltimore when she was “delayed a little bit because of the weather in Wisconsin.”

When Embil looked our her window she saw the airport employee, “de-icing our plane but also jamming out to whatever he was listening to! It was fun to watch him being so happy!”

Embil took to social media to praise the enthused employee and Southwest Airlines responded quoting their founder Herb Kelleher’s philosophy of, “hiring for attitude since skill can always be taught.” Credit: Claire Marie Embil via Storyful
