Dani Dyer has made her first public appearance in the wake of her on-off relationship with Jack Fincham, a matter of hours after her grandmother defended the Love Island couple in a foul-mouthed Twitter rant.

The reality stars devastated fans last week after Dyer announced they had split – only for her to confirm she is very much in love with the former pen salesman days later.

Dyer, 22, appeared to shrug off her romance dramas as she stepped out for the InTheStyle party in London on Wednesday night where she was joined by her former Love Island co-star, and "loyal" babe Georgia Steele.

Dyer's appearance came hours after her grandmother Chris Dyer hit out at reports her granddaughter rekindled her relationship with Fincham for “commercial reasons”.

She branded a reporter a “p****” for “s******* off my granddaughter on Lorraine”.

She tweeted: “You know what makes me f****** furious? The fact that he is positively gleeful about someone’s possible heartbreak. C***! He knows f*** all.

“I may get thrown off of Twitter but I don’t care. I am incandescent with rage.”

She branded the reports “lies” adding: “These are not facts at all. Dani doesn’t need the money. I don’t know if you have noticed but her clothing range is doing well and she has lots of projects coming up, including a book. How dare you impugn her integrity you vile little man.”

Dani jumped into the back-and-forth, telling her nan: “He has nothing better to do other than to pick on a relationship that he knows f all about.”

Dyer last week posted an Instagram statement in which she told fans she and Fincham had decided to “part ways” after six months together.

But she later blamed being in the “public eye” for putting a strain on their relationship and insisted she is still in love with Fincham.

The couple met on, and won, the 2018 series of Love Island.
