The ex-wife of Celebrity Big Brother’s Jamie O’Hara became embroiled in the social media spat yesterday following her appearance on This Morning, as she opened up about the ‘anxiety attacks’ she had been suffering as a result of Jamie’s comments on the reality show.

She told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield: “I feel like it’s just so upsetting for me. I’ve been having anxiety attacks. He’s not understanding what he’s saying or the impact he’s having on mine and my children’s life.”

“Archie’s going to school and kids are saying, ‘Do you know what your dad is saying about your on TV?’ I’ve had people driving past my house, videoing my house. I don’t know whether someone is going to try and break in.

“I have his children at home. I need to get out of that house. He hasn’t been with me for almost 4 years. I don’t know how he can even talk about me as a person.”

However, after the candid interview, the former glamour model was bombarded with nasty messages from a number of online trolls, who accused her of overreacting to the situation.

In amongst the tweets, former Big Brother star Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace shared her own outraged response, and warned her that ‘real problems’ existed with ‘real abusive ex partners.’

Lacking sympathy, Aisleyne wrote: “Girl get in the real world!!! There are real problems with real abusive ex partners. This self absorbed BS is boring @thismorning.”

Danielle responded more than eight hours later, snapping back: “You know what? @Aisleyne1 is right there are some real abusive exes out there! This wasn’t Jamie but don’t tell me I don’t know about abuse.”

Clarifying that the injuries were not from her ex-husband Jamie O’Hara, Danielle posted a shocking picture of herself with a black eye and swollen lip, alleging she had suffered domestic abuse in the past.

Aisleyne, 38, followed up with an apology, writing: “Abuse is awful and I would stand up for anyone experiencing it. @MissDLloyd I’m sorry for your past experience.”

Alongside the remorseful tweet, she posted a screengrab of a longer statement, which read: “I’ve been told about Danielle’s tweet – I’m blocked so can’t see it. I’m sorry she has experienced real abuse, it’s awful, I’ve been there myself.

“But this is testament to what I said earlier. You can’t put Jamie in the same category for simply mentioning you on CBB.”

Danielle appeared on Channel 5’s In Therapy earlier this week, where she admitted she had been driven to use alcohol and drugs after being mistreated in a series of relationships.

The mum-of-three also discussed hitting rock bottom and how she had even thought about suicide when things seemed helpless.
