Danny Cipriani is reported to have his sights set far from the rugby pitch and firmly on Hollywood super stardom.

However, before you scoff, the 27-year-old has already landed himself a part in an actual film alongside Mickey Rourke.
The man that Katie Price called a ‘f****** ***’ is believed to have scored a role in upcoming rugby flick, Irish Thunder, playing the part of a coach.
So at least he won’t have to do so much research before he TACKLES the role.
The rugby star is said to be meeting with film producers ‘very soon’ and if things go as planned will start shooting in October.
A source told the newspaper: “He’s excited. He’ll be a natural as it’s about rugby.
"He really wants to do this film. Acting’s an avenue he’s looking at for when he retires.”
Which, considering his recent absence from the England’s Rugby World Cup squad, could be sooner rather than later.

The film is based loosely on the story of Welsh rugby player, Gareth Thomas – played by Mickey Rourke - who struggled with coming out as gay while captaining the team back in the 90s.
However, US film producers are believed to have swapped the setting to Ireland for fear audiences wouldn’t know where Wales was (!).
Well, either that or they just wanted an excuse to make Danny Cipriani put on an Irish accent.
