Danny Dyer Gushes Over Kellie Bright Ahead Of Strictly Final: ‘She’s A Beautiful Human Being’

Kellie Bright has made it where few EastEnders stars before her have managed - the Strictly Come Dancing final.

And her on-screen husband Danny Dyer showed us his softer side with the sweetest of words for the Linda Carter actress ahead of this weekend’s big glitterball showdown.

Speaking to Yahoo Celebrity and other press, Danny heaped praise on his talented co-star, saying: “We’re all so proud of her. To juggle the two [shows], I don’t know how the girl’s done it. I don’t know how she’s able to commit to both of them.

“And she’s in the final! She’s made it to the final and she’s got there on merit

“She’s a beautiful human being, Kellie Bright. I’m part of a double act - without her, Mick doesn’t work. I’m rooting for her.”

To say Kellie has been working her little tushy off is an understatement.

Kellie filmed the big New Year’s Day wedding scenes between Mick and Linda Carter the very same week the Strictly contestants had to learn and perform two dances for the first time.

“Normally when someone has an EastEnders wedding, that’s their full focus. So to do both is insane,” added soap boss Dominic Treadwell-Collins.

Kellie is in the Strictly final with her professional partner Kevin Clifton. They face Jay McGuiness and Aliona Vilani, Katie Derham and Anton Du Beke, and Georgia May Foote and Giovanni Pernice in the battle to win the Glitterball Trophy.

EastEnders airs all next week, including 8.45pm on Christmas Day, and the Strictly final airs on Saturday 19 December at 6.35pm on BBC One
