David Attenborough gave Prince George the most incredible present
Prince George has been gifted a fossilised giant shark’s tooth by Sir David Attenborough after the naturalist met the Cambridge family at Kensington Palace for a special screening of his new documentary, A Life On Our Planet.
George, along with Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis and their parents Prince William and Kate Middleton welcomed Sir David into their gardens for a socially-distanced meeting, and the young royals' reaction to seeing the TV idol is adorable.
In pictures released by the family, Charlotte can be seen be seen looking overjoyed at meeting the 94-year-old, while George examines his new gift: a fossilised tooth from an extinct Carcharocles megalodon - one of the most feared predators to have swum in the seas.

The incredible gift was found by Sir David during a family holiday to Malta in the late 1960s, and could be around 23 million years old.
It's no wonder George was overwhelmed, as his mum Kate recently admitted her children are huge fans. During a trailer for the upcoming ITV show, Prince William: A Planet For Us All, the Duke and Duchess met with the TV presenter and wildlife expert. "Here's a recognised face," William jokes at first. Kate then adds, "The children were very upset that we were coming to see you and they weren't coming," before telling Sir David: "They're massive fans of yours!"
Sir David joined Instagram this week, and quickly became the fastest account to gain a million followers. He also shared a sweet picture from the meeting, in which he and Prince William swap chairs to watch the film. The image was captioned:
"We had an amazing afternoon earlier this week when David showed Prince William his new film. They both share a passion for protecting the natural world and are supporting one another to raise awareness of the solutions at hand to tackle climate change and biodiversity loss. They're working together on the @earthshotprize too - more on that soon."
