Being a superstar like David Beckham, you'd think he'd have attended music festivals before and shown us all his best extreme boho fashion and accessories, but apparently not.

At the age of 42, he is now attending his very first Glastonbury and managed to squeeze in a good deed while hanging out with festival founder Michael Eavis on the way.

"Believe it or not, I'm 42 years old and it is my first festival and first time here," David told The Telegraph yesterday (June 23).

"I'm excited and slightly nervous because I don't know what to expect apart from the great acts and people having fun."

Though, he won't be going full on festival as he's decided he'd prefer to have a wash and use a proper loo while he's there.

"I'm not in a tent, much as I'd love to be in a tent I'm not that prepared," he said, revealing that his oldest son Brooklyn will be showing him the ropes while he's there.

He and Brooklyn joined Eavis to open an affordable homes site, near Glastonbury and plant a tree while he was there.

Elsewhere, Brooklyn's photography book What I See has been getting a bit of a mauling online for its rather odd captions, but his publishers have today (June 24) released a statement about it.

"What I See is a book for teenagers, by a teenager, which gives Brooklyn's fans broader insight into his world seen through his unique and creative perspective," said Francesca Dow, Managing Director of Penguin Random House Children's, in a statement to The Independent.

"Teenagers lives are filled with the visual image and we know Brooklyn's photos resonate with his huge young following, who avidly follow his life through his photography. We are proud to bring these images together in a book for a young generation for the first time.

"At Penguin Random House we publish a wide range of voices for all kinds of readers."
