A Ferrari 360 Spider F1 owned by David Beckham could fetch six figures when it goes under the hammer later this month.
The legendary England footballer clearly didn’t drive it very far as it has just 7,800 miles on the odometer.
The tan leather interior covers carbon fibre bucket seats, while there are BBS alloy wheels and a Tubi sports exhaust system on the outside.
It’s due to go under the hammer at H and H Auctioneers on 29 March with an estimate of £85,000 to £95,000.
That might be underplaying its chances, though. That’s the market price for a similar 360 Spider F1 without Beckham’s name in its history, and in the past his name has counted for a lot.
In 2005 he sold a BMW M3 for double what he’d paid for it two years earlier, and in 2011 he pulled off the same feat by selling his Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet for £140,000.
As a keen car enthusiast, Beckham has owned various exotic vehicles, such as a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe, Bentley Continental GT and BMW 6 Series.
In 2013 he sold most of his fleet, which included three Harley Davidson motorcycles, because he felt guilty leaving them to gather dust in England while he played football in America.
