Yahoo News David Gest 'smuggled a phone into Celebrity Big Brother up his bum'
David Gest miraculously managed to smuggle a phone into the Celebrity Big Brother house up his bum, according to Lizzie Cundy.
The American producer apparently snuck the emergency phone into the Borehamwood studio and used it to text Lizzie for help when he realised he'd made a terrible mistake going into the house.
Speaking to Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes on This Morning today (February 21), Lizzie recalled the sensational story, revealing that he texted her saying: "Help, get me out! I don’t like anyone in here, they’re all idiots."

She added: "Suddenly, the texts stopped so I thought he must be happy, but when he came out he told me, 'I’d hidden the phone in a place where the phone doesn’t shine, but I forgot to take the charger, there was no room for it'."
Both presenters were utterly stunned by the story, with Eammon replying: "Either he had a very small phone or a very big bum."

David sadly passed away in 2016 at the age of 62, with his lawyer confirming that he died after suffering a stroke.
He appeared in Celebrity Big Brother earlier in the year but had to leave after 13 days due to illness. He also starred on the 2006 series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me out of Here!.
