Conte has flourished in what is his debut season in England - steering Chelsea to the brink of the Premier League title and into the FA Cup finals where they will face London rivals Arsenal later this month.
The 47-year-old has been heavily praised for his success in reviving a team that finished in 10th place last term using a combination of tactics, man-management skills and, indeed, passionate touchline coaching methods during games.
And Luiz, who has become a regular and much-relied upon member of Conte's starting XI, has now said the Italian's success in the Premier League this term is down, in part, to his attention to detail during training.
"He's extremely meticulous. There isn't a tiny detail he isn't aware of," the Brazilian defender said.
"He's the type of guy who sees things most people wouldn't. In training he creates situations that he thinks could occur during the upcoming games - and it makes all the difference.
"He also knows how to motivate us and gives confidence to the whole squad.
"We all know that he trusts in our ability and one of his best qualities is that he treats everyone equally."
