Victoria and David Beckham proved their marriage is not always “complicated” as they hopped on quad bikes for a family day out Down Under.

The A-list couple flew into Sydney earlier this week to join the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for the annual Invictus Games days after David claimed their marriage was “hard work”.

They visited Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures where David took sons Romeo, 16, and Cruz, 13, quad biking and abseiling.

A gobsmacked employee shared a picture of herself posing alongside the former footballer, who she described as an “absolute gentleman”.

She captioned the shot: “Today was an easy reminder as to why I love my work place... the experiences I get to enjoy, the people I work with and from time to time the people I get to meet. Getting to meet this absolute gentleman and take him and his sons Quad Biking with @lozbangm8 was one of those enjoyable experiences!”

Another posted a picture with Victoria, telling fans “A FREAKING SPICE GIRL WAS AT MY PLACE OF WORK”.

She said she started “shaking and crying” after getting overwhelmed at hosting celeb royalty and said Victoria “could feel me shaking like crazy”.

The official Facebook group for the activity firm said they were “thrilled” to host the Beckhams and told fans begging for pictures that out of respect they would not be sharing any images from the day.

A statement read: “David, Victoria and 3 of their children enjoyed a day of adventure with an adrenaline-charged abseiling experience followed by a ride through Glenworth Valley’s bush trails and purpose-built circuit on our quad biking adventure. They even assisted our team with feeding some of our new Spring foals.

“The family were incredibly down-to-earth, friendly and appreciative and all thoroughly enjoyed their day with us.”

The outing comes days after David claimed his marriage had become “complicated” over the years.

Speaking to Australia’s The Sunday Project, the ex-sportsman said: “When you’ve been married for the amount of time that we have, it’s always hard work.

“It becomes a little more complicated.”

His comments came weeks after the couple were forced to deny that they were planning to divorce, branding the claims a “crock of s***.”

Victoria later insisted she and David are “stronger together” and that talk of a split is “nonsense”.

Speaking to Vogue she said: “People have been making things up about our relationship for 20 years, so David and I are pretty used to ignoring the nonsense and just carrying on as normal.

“But these things have a wider effect on the people around us, and that’s unfair.”
