Previously in the show, the 53-year-old host provided an update on her friends health: "It is just the most shocking awful thing, and I always just think you find that kind of news out on a random Tuesday in a week were nothing happens. But, she's on the mend, she is a force of life and we all send our love to her and Michael."
Amanda and Davina's close bond has continued to blossom in recent years, as they were even spotted together as they helped launch a new clothing collection for JD Williams, reports the Express.
Just this year, the much loved tv host made a brief appearance in Amanda's seat on Heart Radio's Breakfast Show, with the Britain's Got Talent judge taking some time away from the show to reportedly film Cheaters: Unfinished Business, for Netflix.
Fans of the Long Lost Family presenter were left shocked last Friday after she revealed that she was due to undergo surgery to remove a recently discovered benign brain tumour.
Meanwhile, yesterday (November 18) Michael gave fans a positive update on his girlfriend's health via her Instagram account: "Mega progress these last 24 hours. Massive relief to see some light breaking through. Thanks for all the good vibes coming in from all angles. Up and up."
Before making her relationship with Michael official in 2019 after she first met him while he was working as a hair stylist on Big Brother in 2000, the mum-of-three had previously been divorced twice.
According to the National Institute of Health, the condition can cause a variety of symptoms including 'headaches, diplopia, memory problems, and vertigo.'
