Dead humpback whale washes ashore in Staten Island

A dead humpback whale washed ashore in Staten Island, New York on September 17. The whale was first spotted floating near Great Kills Park in the morning, then landed in the afternoon. Federal park officials worked on the disposal of the carcass. The footage was filmed and posted on social media by @mrhappyjoeyy.
