The death toll from Typhoon Rai reached 375 on December 21 as parts of the Philippines were severely damaged in the storm.
Julienne Rabaya, who filmed this footage, said the video shows widespread destruction in the aftermath of the storm in Surigao City on Tuesday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported maximum sustained winds of 195 km/h (121 mph) in the storm.
