Peacefully on 29th October 2024, whilst in the care of Bradley House Nursing Home, with her loving son by her side, Ann aged 86 years sadly passed away. A much loved mum of Anthony and Aiden, a dearest mother-in-law of Michelle, a loved nanna, sister, sister-in-law, auntie and a good friend to many. A service in Ann's memory will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 21st November at 12 noon. Suddenly at home, on the 20th October 2024, Gary, aged 70 years, sadly passed away. Beloved father to Lisa and Lee, father in law to Steve and Steph, grandad to Ellie, Leah, Leo, Leon, Terry, great grandad to Oakley and Bonnie, and a good friend to many. A service will be held at St Mary's Church, Broughton on Monday 11th November at 2pm followed by interment at Broughton Cemetery. No dress code. aged 96 years of Market Rasen (formerly of Armthorpe, Mexborough and Moortown) peacefully passed away on 17th October 2024. Much loved wife of the late Thomas. Dearly loved mum of Leslie, Iain and Alan. Cherished nannan, great nannan and a great great nannan. A service of Thanksgiving for her life will be held at St Thomas' Church, Market Rasen on Thursday 21st November at 1:15pm. No flowers by request please. James William Arthur (Arthur) BURDASS
(Arthur ) It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Arthur, of Barnetby, on Saturday 26th October 2024, following a short stay in Grimsby Hospital. Loving father to Stephen and Andrew, father-in-law to Rita and Tracy, grandfather to Deborah, Sarah, Sophie and James, great grandfather, and a good friend to many, Arthur will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A service will be held on Friday 22nd November 2024 at St Barnabas Church, Barnetby, 12:30pm, followed by private family committal. Family flowers only please, by request. Gunther (Bill) ELLING
Bill It is with great sadness that the family of Gunther Wilhelm "Bill" Elling announce his passing on November 6th, 2024. Gunther passed away in a care home near his hometown in Lower Saxony in Germany, close to his son and extended family. He spent many years living and working in Scunthorpe at the steel works and later at Nypro, and was well known for his creative building projects, landscaping hobbies and his love of animals. He is survived by his three children in Germany: Eilert, Rotraut, and Roswitha, and in Britain, his daughter Kaye. Gunther is reunited with Mary, his wife of 50 years. A funeral service will be held in his home town in Germany in the coming days. Please make any charitable donations in his name to The Dogs Trust.

Sadly on 13th October 2024, at her home, Ann Passed away aged 83 years. Much loved wife of William, treasured mother, Nanna and good friend to many who will be sadly missed. (nee Scott ) It is with immense sadness that the family of Marion announce that she passed away suddenly after a short illness, whilst in the care of Scunthorpe General Hospital on Tuesday 22nd October aged 88 years. Reunited with her beloved Ian, cherished mum of Adele and John and mother in law to Gary. Marion was the adored nana of Tom, Lewis, Amy, Will and George and a much loved sister to Margaret, Christine and the late Michael and Stephen. Margaret MUNRO
Gently passed away at Darent Valley Hospital, Dartford after a short illness, on the morning of the 16th October 2024, aged 90, in the company of her children. A cherished elder sister to David and Pam, mum to Jill, Alistair and Jane, grandma to Louise, Matthew, Sam, Dan and Hana and great-grandmother of Lilly, Nora, Grace and Harriet, Margaret was a devoted and loving wife to her husband Ross Munro who predeceased her in 2009. Active and living independently until the end, she will be remembered warmly as a popular and always stylish member of a retirement community in Bexley, which provided her with a late Spring for her long life and by her many colleagues from Ross Youngs and friends in Grimsby where she lived for 48 years.
