Death Toll Rises in Florida as Mexico Beach Residents Prepare to Return Following Hurricane Michael

Emergency response crews continued to search for survivors on October 16 as the death toll from Hurricane Michael rose to at least 26, according to local reports, with 16 of the fatalities reported in Florida alone.
