Deliveroo reveals the most-ordered dishes by Londoners this year

Did you get a cheeseburger from Five Guys in Clapham delivered this year? You weren’t the only one.

The dish has been named as London’s most popular order by food-delivery service Deliveroo for 2019.

Grilled Harissa Chicken from Farmer J in Leadenhall St was London’s second most popular dish to be delivered this year, followed by Chicken Milanese from Simple Health Kitchen on Baker St and the Build Your Own bowl from Honi Poke.

Wagamama’s Chicken Katsu Curry in Kensington was placed as the fifth top dish in the capital, followed by the Honest burger and Chips from Honest Burgers and a Margherita pizza with Buffalo Mozzarella from Zia Lucia.

Shake Shack’s Shack Burger in Leicester Square placed eighth while a Large Bowl from Ahi Poké in Bloomberg and the Nduja Pizza from THEO's were ninth and tenth respectively.

As well as being listed as London’s number one dish, a cheeseburger from Five Guys in Clapham was also the second most popular dish worldwide following a Poké Signature Super Protéiné from Pokawa in Paris.

Two hot wings from KFC in Brighton place at number 13 in the worldwide list, followed by a Mad Dog Pizza from Mod Pizza in Nottingham at number 28, a Chicken Burrito from Mission Burrito in Bristol at 59 and a Burrito from FreshMex in Aberdeen at 70.
