Denise Van Outen and Aston Merrygold named as judges on The Masked Singer UK tour

Denise Van Outenand Aston Merrygold have been confirmed as judges on UK arena tour for The Masked Singer.

The TV presenter and the JLS star will join forces for the popular ITV programme's first arena stage shows, which will kick off in April.

Van Outen was a participant in the first series of the guessing game when she appeared as Fox, impressing judges and the TV audience with her vocals as she made it to the semi-final.

Speaking about the upcoming shows, Van Outen said: "I am so excited to be a judge on The Masked Singer Live tour.

Merrygold, who is a member of The X-Factor boyband JLS, also got far as a contestant on The Masked Singer coming third in the second series of the programme where he was eventually unmasked as Robin.

The Masked Singer tour will have 10 shows across the country kicking off on April 2 at Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena and at London's The O2 on April 3. It will draw its last curtain on April 18 at The SSE Arena in Wembley.
