Deputies Assist Stranded Drivers as Record Rainfall Hits Brownsville, Texas

Record-breaking rainfall caused widespread street flooding across Harlingen and Brownsville in Texas on Friday, October 1, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

This footage was released by Sheriff Eric Garza of Cameron County, who said it was captured as deputies assisted stranded motorists on FM 802 in Brownsville.
