Derby County make contract decision over striker
Dajaune Brownhas signed a new contract at Derby County that will run until the summer of 2027, the club has confirmed.
The academy graduate has been rewarded for a stellar 2024, which saw him shine on loan at National League Gateshead last season.
Brown has elevated himself into the first-team squad on a regular basis at Pride Park on the back of a hugely productive spell in the north-east.

The forward scored 10 goals in 20 games for the Heed and finished the season with an FA Trophy winners' medal as they overcame Solihull Moors at Wembley. Brown scored the winning penalty under the famous arch and received huge praise for his form under Heed boss Rob Elliot.
Since returning to Pride Park in the summer, Warne has made him part of the squad in the Championship although he had significant interest in the transfer window from a number of League One and League Two clubs.
This season he has made three appearances in the first team, the last coming in the 3-0 victory over Bristol City earlier this month.
This week he bagged a brace for the under-21s in their 5-0 rout over Wrexham and is vying for a place in the squad that travels to Sheffield United this weekend.
