Derby County rated huge transfer winners with major £9m boost
Derby County's squad value as a result of their transfer window has boosted its value by £9m according to new research.
Grosvenor Casino collected squad value data from Transfermarkt to address the winners and losers. Timelines for the data were June 15 2024 which was the first day clubs were able to do business until September 1 when the window shut.
The values were then divided by each other to give a +/- percentage to determine which clubs had seen their squads increase or decrease in value. Derby were considered one of the biggest winners in the division as a result of their business that saw them add 11 players to the squad.
