A family has paid tribute to Devon mum Kerry Ann Thompson Hope who died at the age of just 46, leaving two children. They say it will be "hard to forget someone who gave you so much to remember".

The heartfelt tribute is among more than 70 paid to lost loved ones in the death and funeral notices. We publish the announcements every week, as is a longstanding tradition in local media. Last week, the family of much-loved nan Trish Bassett announced that she had died.

The funeral notices are first shared online via funeral-notices.co.uk, where they remain permanently. This acts as a space for loved ones to add their own tributes, photos and donations, should they wish to do so.
