Did Emmerdale really reveal who got Liv arrested?

Tonight's episode of Emmerdale saw Liv confess to spiking Daz's drink with ketamine, which led to Lisa being hospitalised after suffering cardiac arrest.

The troublesome teen has been involved in all sorts of drama lately, but when her plan went wrong, she broke down and revealed the truth, leaving Zak and Belle mortified.

That wasn't the end of it, though, as we later saw the police turn up to arrest Liv, despite Aaron's protests.

Who was it that called the police? Well, the episode ended with Lisa in her hospital bed, looking anxious and holding a card with the phone number for the police on it.

So is that it? Mystery solved? Plenty of fans seem to think so.
