Doctor Who's new spinoff gets exciting filming update
Fans of Doctor Who have received an exciting update on a new spinoff series.
In January 2023, Doctor Who showrunner Russell T Davies confirmed that spinoffs were on his agenda as he relaunched the series.

Now, according to Deadline, The War Between the Land and the Sea will begin shooting in September.
Though the BBC are keeping tight-lipped about any details regarding the series, eager fans quickly noticed a clue in episode 4 of the latest Doctor Who season.
The opening scenes saw the Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) landing the TARDIS in Wales. He was asked by his newest companion Ruby (Millie Gibson) how he was so certain about their location.
"That smell, that green, that coastline..." he mused in response, before seemingly hinting at the spinoff series. "Ruby, oh... the rocks and the water, it never ends – the war between the land and the sea."

Meanwhile, Dhawan will return for six new adventures of his own in a series called 'Call Me Master'.
