Lily is excited but nervous over the prospect of Austin visiting her at her foster home. Everything is fine until Rob appears and Austin recognises him from Reece's funeral. He and Rob have mutual suspicion of each other and it causes an argument.
Later, Lily's health takes a turn for the worse and Zara comes out to check that she's okay. Zara concludes that Lily has fulminating pre-eclampsia, but she will book her into hospital to do some tests to confirm. When she says they might prompt delivery today, Austin panics as he hasn't even told his mum about the pregnancy yet and he worries what she'll think. Zara manages to calm him down – they can trust her, and she'll also be there in court to bring justice to Reece.
Meanwhile, Al and Ayesha are a team together, against the introduction of the extended opening hours, but they get into an argument with Daniel.
Elsewhere, LaToya's time on remand is fractious, and she confides in one of her fellow inmates.
