Doctors stars react to the show's final ever episode
Doctors spoilers follow.
The stars of Doctors have reacted to the show's final ever episode.
It was announced last year that the BBC soap, which centres around life in a Midlands GP practice, would be coming to an end after 24 years.
The broadcaster previously confirmed that the decision to cancel the show was due to financing issues.
Doctors aired its final episode on Thursday (November 14), with the team at the Mill fighting back to take control of the surgery after the villainous Graham Elton (Alex Avery) became a partner.

Shortly after the episode aired, several of the show's cast members took to Instagram to pay tribute to the long-running series.
Dex Lee, who played Bear Sylvester for five years, reflected on his first day on set, which was filled with "excitement" and "uncertainty".
"I never could've imagined the incredible journey that would follow," he wrote, alongside a behind-the-scenes image of himself in character.
"A massive thank you to everyone at Doctors for the opportunities you've given me and countless others. It's been a privilege to work alongside so many talented people and be a part of a show that has shaped the TV industry in so many ways.
