Could the greatest love story ever told – that between Charlotte Crosby and Stephen Bear – be about to heat up?

The former Geordie Shore star tweeted – and swiftly deleted – a post in which she claimed she was going to be his wife, according to those eagle-eyed Twitter watchers at The Mirror.

The paper claims that Charlotte tweeted the following: “I LOVE @stephen_bear YEH I DO YEH YEH UEH HEH FOREVER AND EVER AND I WILL BE HIS WIFE FOR (sic)”.

So things are definitely hotting up between these two then – or are they?

Charlotte told The Sun this week that she and Bear were still ‘just friends’, and claimed that the reason they’ve been hanging out so much is because of work.

Yeah yeah, whatever!

She told The Sun’s Bizarre column at the BRIT Awards: “Me and Bear spend a lot of time together due to filming. Sadly I’m still single. He’s just my friend.

"We do spend a lot of a lot of time together and we do have the odd flirt, yes, but we’re just working together at the minute.”

So what, this is all just a big publicity stunt? We. Are. Shocked. And. Appalled.

It comes as Stephen posted a Snapchat of a 'love-letter’ Charlotte wrote him this week.

“I LOVE YOUR: Noodle hair, sexy body, perfect penis, Thai green curry mouth…

"Shaven bumhole, Frog legs, Spider toes, and not forgetting the WDTFY!”

Shaven bumhole? Please Charl, we’ve just had lunch.

The pair met whilst filming their new TV show for MTV – Just Tatto Of Us.
