I'm a Celebrity fans are not happy with Amir Khan.

Last night, he and Made in Chelsea's Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo had been picked by the viewing public to take part in the Critter-cal Rescue challenge, in which they could win another much-needed meal ticket for camp.

But he dramatically quit the Bushtucker Trial after accidentally pulling out a jungle python from a box, claiming he has a phobia of snakes.

Fair enough, we suppose – but if his fear is genuine, could somebody please explain this pic?

The snap resurfaced after yesterday's episode aired, leaving fans questioning if the boxer had been faking his alleged phobia.

In the photo, Amir looks perfectly comfortable with having a snake around his neck. So why did he freak out after touching one during the Bushtucker Trial?

One thing's for sure, someone's got some explaining to do...

Amir's decision to quit the task in last night's episode infuriated Toff, who had been selected to take part with him.

In a bid to win food for camp, she had to lie in a wooden coffin buried underground that was then filled with critters, while the boxer had to retrieve keys from chambers full of maggots and cockroaches.
