Duane Chapman, best known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, has been rushed to hospital.

Reports suggest the reality TV star was suffering from heart problems.

A representative for Mr Chapman said: "I can confirm Dog is under doctor's care and is resting comfortably. Thank you for all of your well wishes- keep 'em coming."

They gave no further details of his illness.

It comes just three months after Mr Chapman's wife, Beth, passed away just three months ago.
